MONTE MONASH

Monash Advisory Group is a Washington, D.C.-based, women-owned firm established in January 2008 to provide business development and public relations consulting services. The firm assists global and domestic companies with large-scale infrastructure projects and municipal services.
​
Ms. Monash leads her firm with over 20 years of government affairs and non-profit management experience. Her career has included non-profit youth advocacy, program development, and private-sector political engagement. Ms. Monash earned her bachelor's degree from Mount Vernon College in Washington, D.C., and graduate studies at John Hopkins University.

Monte is a native Washingtonian, a Mayoral appointee for several Boards and Commissions, a former candidate for D.C. Council, serves on the board of various national + local non-profits, and is an active community volunteer.

Thomas H. Graham is the principal of T.H. Graham & Associates, LLC, a strategic consulting firm focused on Energy, Cybersecurity, Environmental, Government Affairs, Supplier Diversity, and Workforce Development solutions. Graham brings a wealth of experience and relationships developed through his career as a senior officer in the Mid-Atlantic region's most extensive power delivery company. As a native of Washington, DC, Graham deeply understands the local landscape, and his consulting firm is well-positioned to deliver effective solutions to clients in the region.
DAVID SILVERMAN
David Silverman is an entrepreneur, best-selling author, and former Navy SEAL. He is the Founder and CEO of CrossLead, a technology company whose leadership and management framework is used by companies globally. David co-authored the New York Times best-selling book "Team of Teams" and is a thought leader on culture change, high-performing teams, and leadership. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy and served as a Navy SEAL for 13 years, receiving numerous commendations for his service, including three Bronze Stars. David lives in Washington, DC, and enjoys an active lifestyle as a waterman and runner.
