Brandy R. Butler brings over two decades of education and leadership experience in the human resources industry. With a strong background in staffing and marketing, she has been the driving force behind the company's growth since its establishment in 2003.

​Combining her creative and operational strengths, Ms. Butler has successfully steered ADC in a highly competitive and ever-evolving industry. Her executive role encompasses marketing, operations, finance, and quality control, enabling her to approach business development strategically. This approach has secured significant contracts with key local and Federal government agencies and commercial clients, including the U.S. Department of Transportation, U.S. Department of Treasury, U.S. Census Bureau, NASA, DC Water, DC Department of Transportation, DC Department of General Services, BITHGROUP Technologies, Kaiser Permanente, and WSP.

​Passionate about expanding business opportunities for women and minority-owned companies, as well as fostering employment opportunities for diverse candidates, Ms. Butler has made a remarkable impact. Under her leadership, ADC has employed over 1500 individuals and implemented workforce development programs that have helped more than 300 people acquire the skills needed for gainful employment and successful careers at esteemed organizations like Pepco, DCSEU, AmeriHealth, and Prince George's County.

​She is an active member of prestigious organizations, including the Women in Infrastructure, the Bow Collective, and the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), a global leadership community of over 29,000 chief executives in 130 countries. In 2023, Ms. Butler was invited to serve as a council member for the U.S. Small Business Administration’s National Women’s Business Council, a nonpartisan federal advisory council that serves as an independent source of advice to the President, Congress, and the SBA. She is also a distinguished member of the Leadership Greater Washington Class of 2013 and a graduate of the inaugural cohort of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program in Baltimore, MD, in 2018.

Ms. Butler explores her love for fitness as a wellness coach and owner of an F45 Gym franchise, located in Washington, DC. She holds a B.A. in Human Resources Management from Temple University and an M.A. in Human Resources Management from Catholic University.
