Director of Marketing and Communications

Victoria Cooke is an accomplished professional specializing in public relations, marketing, and communication, with over eight years of industry experience. While at the Department of General Services (DGS), she collaborated closely with the Public Information Officer to deliver accurate and timely information to the media, the Executive Office of the Mayor (EOM), Councilmembers, and District residents. Victoria initially joined the District government as a communications strategist contractor, showcasing her expertise in the field.

Before working with the District government, Victoria was the Director of Marketing & Communications at QLB Consulting, where she successfully oversaw all marketing initiatives. Additionally, Victoria gained valuable experience as a consultant and project assistant for ADC Management Solutions. Her educational background includes an Associate of Arts degree in Mass Communications from Prince George's Community College, and she has studied Strategic Legal Management Communications at Howard University and Mass Communications at the University of Maryland, College Park.
