Dr. Christopher C. Butts is a seasoned leadership expert and trusted advisor to executives and corporate boards in the public and private sectors. With over 20 years of experience in the field, he has facilitated more than 20,000 hours of training and strategic planning on leadership, diversity, equity, inclusion, change management, and emotional intelligence. As a Principal, Founder, and Vice President of several successful consulting firms, he has secured contracts with Fortune 500 companies and Federal Agencies and raised revenue from $3M to $10M in less than three years as Vice President and Chief Learning Officer for The Executive Leadership Council’s Institute for Leadership Development and Research.

Dr. Butts holds a Master of Education and a Doctor of Education in Higher Education and Policy Studies from the University of Central Florida. He is a certified expert in numerous training instruments such as MBTI, DiSC, and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team.
